Responsibilities
- Master in-house technology and tools for listings
- Bring in listing opportunities for the team
- Master the listing presentation and teach the presentation to team members
Qualifications
You are a detail-oriented operations-based professional who has a knack for marketing listings. You are excited about using technology in your day-to-day job functions but also LOVE interacting and serving people. Your organization is second to none and you can execute while having fun with a thriving team.
- Must have North Carolina Real Estate License
- Creative problem-solving
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with others
- Ability to work in a team/busy office setting
- Desire to learn and grow continually
- Have knowledge of Google Suite of Products (i.e. Google Drive/Google Sheets/Google
Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
