• Regularly use PLACE lead generation systems
• Host two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
• Join weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Engage in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find homes
• Draft and negotiate offers for your buyers
• Keep track of activities and clients using PLACE Technology

• MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE

$50,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
