We offer an abundance of leads, proven systems, comprehensive resources, and personalized coaching to help our first-year agents aim for $100,000 in earnings, provided they are fully committed. The real challenge is finding those willing to put in the necessary effort. Achieving mastery in this field is a long-term endeavor, often requiring 10,000 hours of dedicated practice. Many enter the industry with dreams of quick success and glamour, inspired by reality TV shows like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset. If these are your expectations, our team's values may not align with your real estate career aspirations.

We are looking for determined and passionate individuals who are ready to dedicate at least 40 hours a week to building a successful and limitless career in real estate. We seek someone committed to making a significant impact, finding equal satisfaction in helping a single parent secure their ideal $200,000 condo as in securing a $2,000,000 listing. Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$77,500 - $177,750 USD Yearly
