Responsibilities

  • Execute lead generation levels weekly 
  • Conduct open houses monthly 
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Zoom and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Qualifications

North Carolina Real Estate License (REQUIRED)

Sales: 1 year (REQUIRED)

Real Estate: 1 year (REQUIRED)

Compensation

$153,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
