Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate? We’re looking for a committed Real Estate Assistant to join our energetic, top-performing team.

We’re about to launch with Zillow Flex, we work out of a state-of-the-art office space, and we’ve built one of the largest social media followings in the DMV, reaching over 10 million people every month on Instagram, YouTube, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🗂 Manage admin tasks to support our agents and keep deals on track
• 📅 Schedule showings, appointments, and coordinate listing activities
• 🏡 Organize MLS entries, property marketing, and transaction files
• 📞 Maintain smooth communication between clients, vendors, and our team
• 🔎 Help execute marketing campaigns and support our online presence

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong communication and tech-savvy mindset
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Interest in growing within the real estate industry
