Responsibilities
We’re looking for leaders who are hungry and driven. Leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want to work with people who want to make a difference in other people’s lives. The people who care about helping a single mom buy a condo for $200,000 with the same care as getting a $2,000,000 listing. Qualifications
MUST HAVE A OK REAL ESTATE LICENSE. This is a full time, commission based position. Responsibilities Execute a lead generation lever weekly Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers Qualifications OK Real Estate License (REQUIRED) Sales: 1 year (Required) Real Estate: 1 year (Required) Compensation $144,000 - $159,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
