However, the notion of immediately handling luxury properties is largely a myth, and if this is your expectation, we may not be the right fit for you.

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals ready to commit at least 40 hours a week to building a successful and limitless career in real estate. Many of our first-year agents earn between $144,000 and $150,000, with top performers reaching up to $500,000.
