Are you passionate about real estate and known for your attention to detail? We’re looking for a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic, high-performing team in Northern Virginia.

We're gearing up to launch with Zillow Flex, we operate from a state-of-the-art office space, and we’ve built one of the largest social media followings in the DMV with 10M+ monthly views across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🗂 Support agents with day-to-day administrative tasks and transaction management
• 🏡 Coordinate listings, MLS updates, signage, and photography
• 📞 Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Schedule showings, inspections, and closings
• 💻 Assist with marketing efforts including social media posts, email campaigns, and CRM updates

What We’re Looking For:

• Meticulous organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and ready to problem-solve
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A desire to grow within the real estate industry
