Responsibilities
- Prospect and follow-up with leads to generate new business opportunities and build a robust client base.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to potential buyers, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all terms are met and transactions are completed smoothly.
- Stay updated on market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with the most current information and advice.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, support each other, and achieve collective goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay competitive in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Active real estate license in the state of Georgia.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Compensation
$144,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
