• Scout and evaluate promising real estate investment prospects to maximize opportunities.
• Craft and execute creative marketing strategies to draw in potential buyers and sellers, boosting our market visibility.
• Stay ahead with in-depth market research and competitor insights to keep up with industry trends and tweak our strategies as needed.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth real estate transactions and happy clients.
• Skillfully negotiate and finalize real estate deals, making sure everyone is satisfied and all legalities are covered.
• Keep client databases up-to-date for accurate records and smooth communication and follow-up.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by promptly and professionally handling client questions and concerns.

• Must have a valid California real estate license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

$120,000 - $144,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
