Responsibilities
- Prospect and follow up with leads to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to potential buyers, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and relevant regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
- Manage client relationships through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing ongoing support throughout the buying or selling process.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Georgia
- Proven track record of successful real estate sales
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of motivation and a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent customer service skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate technology tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Woodstock and surrounding areas
Compensation
$144,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
