Our primary challenge is finding individuals truly committed to the hard work essential for success. Mastery in this field demands a dedication of 10,000 hours. The allure of instant success, often portrayed in shows like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset, can mislead many into expecting immediate entry into the luxury market. This misconception does not reflect our operational reality. If these are your expectations, our team may not align with your career goals.
We seek leaders with an unquenchable drive, ready to dedicate the necessary hours to building an unlimited career in real estate. Our ideal candidates are those passionate about making a meaningful impact, treating every transaction—from assisting a single mother in purchasing a $200,000 condo to securing a $2,000,000 listing—with equal dedication and care. Many of our agents earn between 75k-150k in their first year, with top performers reaching up to 175k. A NJ REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED. This is a full-time, commission-based position.
Responsibilities
- Execute a lead generation lever weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$144,000 - $159,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
