Responsibilities
- Streamline Transactions: Create purchase offers for buyers to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Nurture Leads: Consistently follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide world-class customer service to build trust and increase sales.
- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on local market trends and answer client questions.
- Understand Clients: Conduct consultations to identify client needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage Paperwork: Prepare necessary documents for homebuyers, including contracts, agreements, and closing statements.
- Showcase Properties: Host open houses and introduce clients to the local market.
- Find Buyers: Prospect for potential homebuyers and match them with suitable properties.

Compensation
$40,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
