• Apply PLACE lead generation techniques every week
• Organize and host two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation into scheduled meetings
• Participate in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• Join team events as outlined by team standards
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Guide buyers, obtain signed agreements, and find the right properties
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Track activities and manage client details using PLACE Technology
