We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Realtor to join our growing real estate team in Alaska! In this role, you’ll guide clients through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home, from the first conversation to the closing table. If you have a knack for building relationships, a passion for delivering top-notch service, and a talent for negotiation, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Service:

  • Proactively prospect, follow up with, and present to potential buyers, sellers, investors and clients interested in Real Estate opportunities.
  • Convert leads into appointments, appointments into agreements, and agreements into successful closings.
  • Provide expert consultation to ensure clients feel supported from initial contact through the transaction process, coordinating with our Listing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator for a seamless world class client experience.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about mortgage financing options, local neighborhoods, schools, and other homeownership essentials.
  • Offer insightful guidance to help clients make confident decisions about their investment.

Negotiation and Execution:

  • Represent and negotiate skillfully on behalf of buyers and sellers to secure favorable purchase contracts.

Daily and Weekly Activities

  • Set and review personal and team goals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Dedicate time to lead generation and follow-up, focusing on nurturing relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Host open houses and schedule buyer appointments to showcase properties.
  • Research market trends, prepare pricing strategies, and assist clients with loan pre-qualification or approval.
  • Present and negotiate offers, ensuring the buyer’s interests are protected every step of the way.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Licensed in real estate or willing to obtain a license promptly.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a team-oriented environment and leveraging technology to streamline the process.

Compensation

$60,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
