Represent and negotiate skillfully on behalf of buyers and sellers to secure favorable purchase contracts.

Daily and Weekly Activities

Set and review personal and team goals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Dedicate time to lead generation and follow-up, focusing on nurturing relationships with potential buyers and sellers.

Host open houses and schedule buyer appointments to showcase properties.

Research market trends, prepare pricing strategies, and assist clients with loan pre-qualification or approval.
