Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
- Motivated individuals ready to commit to success
- Strong communicators who excel at building relationships

- Licensed agents in Alaska—or those willing to obtain a real estate license ASAP
📍 Location: In-person, Alaska
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed
💰 Compensation: Up to $225,000 per year
