As our Client Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in:
- Guiding the listing process from start to finish
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with sellers and teammates
- Managing marketing efforts and social media presence
- Organizing critical documents
- Keeping front-office operations running smoothly

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptionally organized, detail-focused, and proactive in getting things done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support or client care roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Gmail, Google Suite, and Dropbox
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience managing social media platforms
- Strong command of grammar, spelling, and proofreading
- Skilled in organization and project management, with an eye for detail
- A logical thinker and natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting—able to prioritize and pivot with ease
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous growth
- Reliable, flexible, and emotionally intelligent in every interaction
Compensation
$18.00 - $22.00 USD Hourly
