Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program  

Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes  

Deliver comprehensive written feedback to validate or adjust clients' search preferences  

Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients  

Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation  

Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines  

Take part in team events according to team standards  

Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls  

Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology  

Enthusiastic about engaging with others and take pride in building and sustaining professional connections.

Strong desire to assist others, while dedicated to advancing your real estate and leadership expertise.
