• Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program
• Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Guide buyers, obtain signed agreements, and assist them in finding the right properties
• Act as a representative and negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
• Keep tasks and activities current using PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses each month
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
• Engage in team activities following team guidelines
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure property listings, and market them effectively
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
