Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch or the Experienced Agent Launch program.

Collaborate closely with the Team Owner and other Agents to assist buyers in their home search process.

Offer detailed feedback on properties shown and identify any new criteria that emerge during showings.

Dedicate at least 10 hours each week to lead generation activities.

Engage in daily script practice sessions in accordance with team standards.

Actively participate in all team activities as outlined by team standards.

Commit to attending weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, weekly training sessions, and the Partner Call.

Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using the Brivity platform.
