• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch or the Experienced Agent Launch program.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Owner and other Agents to assist buyers in their home search process.
• Offer detailed feedback on properties shown and identify any new criteria that emerge during showings.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours each week to lead generation activities.
• Engage in daily script practice sessions in accordance with team standards.
• Actively participate in all team activities as outlined by team standards.
• Commit to attending weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, weekly training sessions, and the Partner Call.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using the Brivity platform.
