As a Team Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with us while leveraging our real estate expertise, market credibility, agent mentorship, and top-tier marketing to accelerate your career. We provide the structure, coaching, and leads—you bring the dedication to lead generate, listen to your buyers’ needs, and patiently guide them toward the property that meets their financial and personal goals.

Lead generate 15 hours a week

Conduct three open houses monthly

Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments

Participate in training and other team activities

Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes

Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers

Track activities and clients through CRM

You are a driven and self-motivated sales professional with a competitive edge and a passion for helping others. Building relationships comes naturally to you—you know how to connect, listen, and uncover solutions that meet your clients' needs.
