Responsibilities
- Maintain personal production of 10+ closed transactions each year.
- Coach and train all real estate sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
- Attract new agents/partners to the team
- Maintain a team of 10+ productive agents (12 or more closed transactions/yr)
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, Partner Calls and leadership training
- Become an expert on PLACE Technology
- Participate in the PLACE Leadership Development Program
- Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems
- Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
- Maintain existing and create new campaigns
- Oversee negotiations for all contracts
- Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads
Qualifications

- Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Licensed Required
- 5+ years of residential real estate sales experience required
- Accountability-based leadership drives people to achieve goals
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Excellent at building rapport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Learning based
- Able to build and lead a team
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
