Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch Program - Engage in our comprehensive 86-day program designed to equip you with the essential skills to thrive as a Realtor in today's market. On average, agents achieve 3.4 transactions during this period.
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments - Enhance your skills and productivity with monthly certifications.
- Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards - Participate in the Morning Power-Up sessions for Teams.
- Join team activities in line with team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls - We are committed to continuous improvement and treat this profession with the utmost seriousness.
- Draft and negotiate offers for your clients
- Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor activities and manage client relationships
Qualifications
- You possess a natural drive for sales and thrive in competitive environments.
- You excel at establishing connections, understanding others' needs, and finding effective solutions.
- Prospecting and generating leads are among your key strengths.
- You handle objections with ease.
- You are an effective communicator dedicated to providing exceptional service.
- Collaborative team member
- Must hold a Georgia Real Estate License or be actively pursuing one.
- Compensation is entirely commission-based.

- Prior industry experience is a plus
Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
