Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and organized.
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and negotiated effectively.
- Manage and update client databases and CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and transaction progress.
- Collaborate with team members and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions, from initial contact to closing.
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License in Georgia
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Demonstrated history of successful deals and client satisfaction
- In-depth understanding of the real estate market
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dedication to ongoing education and keeping abreast of industry developments
Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
