Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction throughout the real estate process.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with comprehensive tours and information about the properties.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders, inspectors, and contractors, to provide clients with comprehensive support and resources.
  • Stay informed on local real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license in the state of North Carolina.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Fayetteville and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property showings and client meetings.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
