Responsibilities

  • Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
  • Take part in team activities according to team guidelines
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
  • Draft and negotiate offers for your clients
  • Monitor activities and manage client information using PLACE Technology

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
