Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Management:

Coordinate real estate transactions from executed contract to closing, ensuring timelines are met.



Prepare and review all transaction documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.



Monitor and manage transaction progress in client management systems.

Communication:

Serve as a liaison between clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys.



Keep all parties updated on transaction progress and address any concerns promptly.

Document Coordination:

Organize, upload, and maintain all transaction files in compliance with brokerage and regulatory standards.



Ensure completion of all required documents, including disclosures, contracts, and addenda.

Deadline Tracking:

Manage and track key dates such as contingency removal deadlines, inspection dates, and closing dates.



Send reminders to agents and clients to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the transaction process.



Proactively anticipate potential challenges to ensure a smooth closing.

Administrative Support:
