Responsibilities
- Engage in daily lead generation activities to foster consistent success.
- Regularly update and manage your CRM database.
- Host a minimum of two open houses each week.
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Enhance your conversational skills daily to meet team standards and convert appointments.
- Participate in weekly and monthly team events as per team guidelines.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls to boost your mindset.
- Conduct buyer consultations, secure signed buyer agreements, and actively search for homes that meet clients' needs.
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.
- Monitor and report your activities using advanced CRM technology to track your progress and performance.
- Preview homes regularly to gain insights into home values and understand local market data.

- Industry experience is preferred, but we provide the tools, systems, and training to help the right candidates achieve their financial goals through our proven success playbooks
Compensation
$65,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
