The Realty Group Coastal Virginia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at our Chesapeake location. As the COO, you will work closely with the executive team to enhance our real estate services, streamline processes, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. • Oversee daily operations of The Realty Group Coastal Virginia, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance company growth and profitability, aligning with the overall vision and goals.
• Lead and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the executive team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Drive innovation and technology adoption to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

5+ years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to drive innovation and implement new technologies to improve operational processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
