Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions

Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS

Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions

Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers

Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.

Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale

Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met

Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files

Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings
