While continuing with your production including appointments set for you by our Lead Nurture Specialist, you will coach and grow agents production and help them meet their sales goals. With a generous commission override on the agents you oversee, your income potential is limitless while maintaining a good work life balance.

• Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
• Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
• Maintain existing and create new campaigns
• Oversee negotiations for all contracts
• Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads
• Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
• Conduct team meetings, stand-ups and trainings

You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring.
