• Guide new real estate agents through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and tools.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance agents' skills in areas such as client acquisition, negotiation, and market analysis.
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help agents set and achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance, offering constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to foster collaboration, share best practices, and address any challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into training and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for growth and development within the team.

• Real estate license in the state of Virginia or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or coaching.
• Proven track record of success in real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire new agents.
• Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$200,000 - $300,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
