We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients reaching out or visiting our office. The ideal candidate will have outstanding phone communication skills and a talent for building relationships, demonstrating a willingness to collaborate with the team to elevate our service standards. This individual should have a proven track record of success in various roles, consistently providing an exceptional 5-star experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting the Initial Impression:
    • Take charge of creating the first impression for our clients, whether it's over the phone or in person. Your ability to engage with clients will set the tone for their experience with RGroup Realty.
    • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently, taking detailed messages and relaying information accurately.
    • Assist clients, residents, and interested parties with inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Promptly Addressing Operational Challenges:
    • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion, ensuring that challenges are resolved promptly to maintain smooth operations. 
  • Assisting Departments
    • RGroup Realty has specialized departments. You will have the opportunity to assist with Maintenance, Accounting, rental property inquiries, Documentation, Tenant and Owner outreach, and Marketing assistance as needed.
  • Proficient in Property Management Systems:
    • Acquire a complete working knowledge of Property Management Systems through training, and staying updated on industry standards to enhance our operational capabilities. Utilize software to update records, process payments, generate reports, and answer inquiries from all parties calling the office.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of Arizona.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, MLSSAZ, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Technologically savvy, with proficiency in office management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Compensation

$18.00 - $25.00 USD Hourly
