Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate market in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
- Prepare and present detailed market analysis, property evaluations, and financial reports to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
- Proven track record of successful transactions in the commercial real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of local market trends and property values in Grand Rapids.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving company goals.
Compensation
$70,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
