Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of real estate agents, ensuring they meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive lead generation, client conversion, and revenue growth. Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Team Development & Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to agents. Conduct regular performance reviews, and deliver constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Conduct training sessions and host team meetings to share best practices and keep the team aligned with company goals.
- Client Consultation & Sales Support: Lead by example by maintaining a personal sales pipeline and closing deals. Assist agents in client consultations, contract negotiations, and closing processes, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for all parties.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the transaction process for your team, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards. Work directly with clients when needed to ensure satisfaction and successful deal closures.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Personally generate leads and assist in developing lead generation systems for the team. Implement innovative marketing and prospecting strategies to ensure consistent growth in sales volume.
- Sales Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on team performance metrics, including closed transactions, lead conversion, and client satisfaction. Use data to continuously optimize sales tactics and coaching efforts.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced technology and PLACE systems to streamline sales processes, track team activities, and analyze performance. Ensure the team effectively utilizes CRM, lead management tools, and marketing platforms.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 Years in Real Estate Sales: Proven success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 30 transactions closed year-to-date and a demonstrated ability to consistently close deals.
- Sales Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leading, managing, or mentoring sales teams, ideally in a real estate context. Strong ability to inspire and develop others.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals, with a robust pipeline of leads and closed transactions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable leading presentations, negotiations, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Goal-Oriented & Results-Driven: Strong business acumen, with a keen focus on driving performance, meeting team targets, and increasing profitability.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to continue learning and growing professionally. Embraces feedback and strives for continuous improvement in sales strategies and team management.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern real estate tools, CRMs, and technology platforms such as PLACE, MLS, and digital marketing systems.
Compensation
$75,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
