Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create and execute effective sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid real estate license in the state of California.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation
$80,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
