Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Existing-Agent Launch, our internal training program.
  • Implement PLACE's lead generation strategies on a weekly basis including making phone calls within our database of team leads.
  • Confidently host two open houses each month.
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Engage in weekly script practice and participate in team activities.
  • Dedicate time to weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
  • Consult with sellers to secure listings and market their properties effectively.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services.
  • Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of sellers.
  • Utilize PLACE Technology to track activities and manage clients efficiently.

Compensation

$165,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
