Responsibilities
What You’ll Tackle Head-On:
You’ve already been in the trenches. You know what it takes to get through the daily grind, but now you want to level up. As part of the PCS Team, you’ll be positioned to use your skills effectively, with a team that’s got your back and systems that actually make sense.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead generation and follow-up – Whether it’s prospecting or working our steady flow of leads, you’ll stay busy and focused on what matters: production.
- Host open houses that convert – You know an open house isn’t just about showing a property; it’s about building connections and relationships.
- Consult and close – You’ll walk clients from start to finish, making the buying or selling process smooth, memorable, and hassle-free.
- Negotiate like a pro – Use your experience to secure the best terms for your clients, with our training on best practices and insights.
- Use Brivity CRM to stay on top – Our PLACE-backed CRM keeps you organized, so you’re always following up at the right time with the right message.
- Attend coaching and training – Keep your skills sharp and your approach fresh with our team’s ongoing professional development.
Qualifications

You’re experienced enough to know you’re ready for more—and just looking for the right team to make it happen. People trust you because you’re consistent, dedicated, and just the right mix of warm and professional. You believe in setting high standards and meeting them every time. Oh, and when it comes to a competitive spirit, you’ve got it in spades—there’s nothing quite like the feeling of a deal well-negotiated.

- Confident in your communication skills and natural problem-solving abilities
- Prefer a team that works together (no lone wolves here)
Recommended Background:
- 1-2 years of real estate experience with a record of high client satisfaction
- Real estate license (of course!)
- Experience in a client-focused role or with a CRM system is a plus
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
