Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Complete PLACE Launch.
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems consistently.
- Advise and consult with buyers, securing signed agreements and identifying properties.
- Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers.
- Track all tasks and activities through PLACE Technology.
- Host two open houses each month.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments.
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per standards.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing services.
Qualifications
- Highly driven sales professional with a competitive nature.
- Strong at building relationships, listening, and identifying solutions.
- Exceptional at prospecting, lead generation, and overcoming objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented licensed real estate professional.
- 1+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Organized, growth-minded, and learning-oriented.
- Willing to master scripts, dialogues, and time management skills.
Compensation
$60,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
