Responsibilities
- Bring your experience as a seasoned agent with an established client base who is passionate about real estate but prefers to focus on sales rather than the complexities of managing a full practice.
- If your business has declined recently, you’re seeking effective strategies to rebuild or plan a smooth transition out of the industry.
- You’re interested in reducing overhead costs and appreciate the benefit of having expenses like E&O insurance, administrative support, desk fees, technology, marketing, lead generation, staging, photography, and coaching covered by someone else.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with strong time management skills.
- Ability to operate independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
- Proficient in fundamental computer applications and open to embracing emerging technologies.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong passion for the real estate industry, accompanied by a dedication to continuous professional development.

Compensation
$55,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
