• Assist Lead Agent in Guiding Clients to Suitable Properties: Collaborate with the sales agent to help clients find homes that meet their preferences and needs.
• Provide Comprehensive Written Feedback: Offer detailed feedback to help clients refine their search criteria and focus on properties that align with their goals.
• Engage in Lead Generation Activities: Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to prospecting and lead generation to support client pipeline growth.
• Participate Actively in Team Meetings and Activities: Engage in team events and activities, following established team standards and practices.
• Attend Weekly Coaching and Training Sessions: Commit to a weekly one-on-one coaching session, team trainings, and scheduled Partner Calls to continuously improve skills and performance.

$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
