Responsibilities
- Engage in cold calling, direct mailing, and networking with sellers and investors. Be prepared to actively reach out via phone and in person. If you're not ready to face rejection multiple times before securing a deal, this role may not be for you.
- Collaborate with investors to identify, evaluate, and negotiate deals. Assist investors in discovering opportunities, conducting deal analyses, and making offers. If you're not comfortable diving into numbers, offers, and negotiations, this position might not suit you.
- Participate in meetups, host events, and expand your network. We seek someone proactive who not only attends meetups but also takes initiative by hosting events and building connections—relationships are key in investing.
- Navigate challenging situations with sellers, contractors, and the complexities of real estate. Whether dealing with a distressed seller, an unresponsive contractor, or the intricacies of a property, you must manage these situations effectively. It's not always glamorous, but it's part of the real estate world.
Qualifications
- Possess an active Real Estate License in either MN or WI.
- Experience with real estate investment, either personally or professionally.
You have purchased properties, negotiated transactions, and are familiar with the fundamentals of real estate investing. While expertise isn't required, a solid understanding and eagerness to learn more are essential. - Demonstrate resilience and assertiveness.
This role is not suited for the passive. You must be decisive, confident, and capable of taking control of situations. Investors act swiftly, and you must be able to keep pace. - Capable of handling rejection and challenging interactions.
You will encounter rejection, difficult conversations, and challenging individuals. Comfort with discomfort is necessary for success in this position. - Exhibit a strong work ethic and perseverance.
Real estate demands dedication, and you must embrace the hustle. If you're not prepared to persist through challenges, this role may not be for you. - Thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
