Responsibilities
- Represent Listings – Manage high-value property transactions from listing to closing, ensuring seamless and exceptional service.
- Curate One of a Kind Marketing Strategies – Develop and implement tailored marketing campaigns, leveraging professional staging, high-end photography, videography, and digital exposure to attract affluent buyers.
- Build and Maintain Elite Client Relationships – Cultivate trust and long-term connections with high-net-worth individuals, providing concierge-level service to meet their unique needs.
- Offer Expert Market Insights – Provide in-depth knowledge of luxury real estate trends, pricing strategies, and competitive market analysis.
- Network with Industry Professionals – Collaborate with top-tier real estate professionals, financial advisors, developers, and luxury service providers to ensure successful transactions.
- Stay Ahead of the Market – Continuously expand knowledge of high-end market trends, architectural styles, and investment opportunities to serve clients with the highest level of expertise.
Qualifications

- Real estate license required — active and in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of residential sales experience — you’ve got a proven track record and know how to get deals done.
- Team player mindset — you collaborate well, share knowledge, and show up for others.
- Growth-focused and coachable — you’re always learning, improving, and open to feedback.
- Strong communicator — both written and verbal, you get your message across effectively.
- Organized and efficient — you manage your time, pipeline, and follow-up like a pro.
- Willing to master proven systems — scripts, tools, and processes don’t scare you — they scale you.
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
