We are looking for an energetic and driven Lead Listing Agent to lead our property listing initiatives in the thriving Roseville area. Based at 548 Gibson Drive, our team is committed to providing outstanding real estate services and fostering strong client connections. • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties effectively
• Apply expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing-related services
• Represent sellers in offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate records of activities and client information using PLACE Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 1+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
