In this role, you’ll continue delivering value to clients while also focusing on mentorship, investment, and wealth-building. You’re no longer just an agent—you’re a trusted advisor and leader.

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor and coach new agents in transaction management, client care, and real estate best practices.
• Guide clients in wealth-building and succession planning through tailored real estate strategies.
• Transition select clients to trusted team members—empowering future leaders while maintaining client relationships.
• Earn passive income through title, mortgage, and other real estate partnerships aligned with PLACE’s model on your path to equity partnership.
• Build your legacy with support for community outreach and brand partnerships.

Who You Are:
With years of experience, a successful track record, and client trust, you’re ready to amplify your impact. You’re skilled at coaching, invested in wealth-building, and committed to sustainable success for both clients and team members.

• Established real estate background with significant experience
• Motivated to mentor and support the development of new agents
• Strong communicator with a consultative approach to client relationships
• Knowledge of or eagerness to engage in wealth-building and succession planning

$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
