The Ricci Team is seeking a motivated and energetic Listing Agent to join our thriving real estate group based in White Plains.

Position Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will guide sellers through every step of the home selling process. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice, performing comprehensive market analyses, and delivering exceptional client service. You will oversee the entire listing lifecycle—from the first meeting to the successful closing—ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience and delivering high level service
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and competitive listings in the area.
• Prepare and present detailed property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and pricing information.
• Negotiate offers and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with comprehensive property tours.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay compliant with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

• Licensed real estate professional

• Industry experience preferred, but we provide the tools and systems to train the right individual

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
