Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
- Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Join in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Engage in team activities according to team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties
- Showcase your knowledge in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Grand Rapids area.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
