Responsibilities

As a Licensed Agent, you will be at the forefront of driving success, and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implement PLACE Lead Generation Systems: Execute proven PLACE lead generation systems weekly to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients. 🔄
  • Host Open Houses: Conduct two open houses each month, showcasing properties and attracting potential buyers. 🏡
  • Convert Leads into Appointments: Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments, driving your business forward. 📅
  • Practice Scripts for Success: Participate in weekly script practice to hone your communication and sales skills. 🎯
  • Engage in Team Activities: Actively participate in team events and activities, adhering to team standards to foster collaboration and success. 🤝
  • Ongoing Coaching & Training: Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, attend weekly training, and join Partner Calls to continue growing and learning. 📚
  • Consult and Convert: Provide expert consultation to buyers, guiding them through the process and converting leads with signed agreements. 🖊️
  • Write and Negotiate Offers: Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of your clients, ensuring the best possible deal for all parties involved. 💼
  • Track Progress with PLACE Technology: Use PLACE Technology to track your activities, monitor client progress, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 📊

$85,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
